I’m also in perimenopause. I feel you!!! It’s the worst haha. I have been working out for years. I started heavy lifting about 2 years ago. So for me, as soon as I can hit 10 to 12 reps easily I pick up a heavier weight that I can only do 5 to 8 reps with until I reach the 10-12 again. I hope this makes sense :)
Did we ever see that pink walking pad again after it got delivered? She also has a Peloton that’s probably collecting dust and covered in discarded clothes.
