Thanks, unfortunately I didn’t have right card for buy me a coffee(
Idk actually. But I think self-promotion??? For FOSS project without any monetization lol
Yeah, I actually tried Reddit before. Funny story - every post about VOID got nuked within minutes, no matter the subreddit. Even people who just mentioned the project got shadowbanned. Lemmy might be small, but at least here you can exist without getting algorithmically erased.
Thanks) It means a lot to me❤️
I chose the name VOID because it’s short, memorable, and also works as an acronym — Versatile Open-source Infrastructure for Documentation. Beyond that, I like the idea of a “void” as an empty space you can fill with your own structure, knowledge, and workflow — kind of like a blank canvas. Also I took a bit of inspiration in lovecraft’s books

I just want something fast, local, and not trying to lock me into their ecosystem.

Thanks again, you helped a lot)

Probably there was a better solution, but rust fetch finds me first)

Why Peter Thiel though?

I understand. I didn’t have visa/mastercard to receive payments. Crypto looks like the only one solution for me
