A series of drone sightings across NATO countries is beginning to look like a broader, coordinated campaign with suspicion increasingly falling on Russia as the culprit.
"All these drones are flying over strategic or military sites which clearly suggests this is not just random hooliganism, but deliberate and coordinated actions," Ivan Stupak, a military expert and former officer with Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU), told the Kyiv Independent.

What I don’t get is why.
Russia has its hands more than full with Ukraine. They cannot fight all of Europe. And if it becomes a nuke fight nobody wins.
Seems like a tactical mistake to alert everyone you intend to invade them.
Unless they don’t intend to invade and are wasting everyone’s time.
But the net result is a better-prepared Europe, which seems a negative from Putin’s point of view.
They want us to divide our attention and resources for defense.
It probably also helps to instill fear in the population.
