Probably at least in part an effect of pent-up demand working itself out under a relatively new acceptance of the possibility, along with those needing time to mentally come around to it. Give it another 10 or 20 years, and I bet rates start dropping noticably.

Actually, you might be pretty correct on this one.
I will try to do it in the future for easier access for articles. It will take more effort, but might be pretty worth it.
Might even list more than method.

There are multiple apis you can use to programmatically get a archive.is link when you post. If you have a posting bot, this could be totally automated.
