Allegations of sexual misconduct have a mixed history (at best) of being taken seriously. Unless there is airtight evidence locked up in those files which was specifically composed for the purpose of implicating people, and then sealed for blackmail leverage or something like that, I can’t see any charges sticking to Trump. Instead of an electoralist system where we elect representatives to dictate at their discretion which interests they will ultimately support for a federated system of syndicates where each has a set of delegates which have been assigned a specific responsibilities and expectations where, if those individuals are found to neglect their responsibilities, we can readily rescind their power of authority and replace them.

Yeah in fact a lot more than 1/3rd of Congress voted to release the files. 211 Republicans voted to shut down the release. Seems more like a simple majority of congress is negatively impacted by the pedophile ring being exposed.
I think what they don’t want to say: enough Republican politicians will be in the files to remove the Republicans from power.
I think we should expel 2/3 of Congress based solely on if they take corporate/billionaire money or not. That number would probably be higher than 2/3, though.

Every House seat and 1/3 of the Senate seats are up for reelection next fall. The primaries are the only place you’ll find small donor-funded candidates.

It would in no way impede the stability of society, quite the opposite. Those are the very same people who are responsible for much of the instability. If the US were to start prioritising the public good over the profits of the oligarchy, 99.99% of society would benefit.
