If anyone is stuck on windows and not able to switch there’s a program called wind hawk that will let you download customizations in windows 11 including moving the bar

So what happens when the ranks push back on the orders? He’ll exile them if he thinks he can get away with throwing them under the same bus as his lawyers, AG, VP, etc or capitulate.
