Step 1: Set your oven to 350° F.
Step 2: Take your bread roll (kaisers are my favorite) and run it under cold water for a few seconds, just enough to coat the outside.
Step 3: Put the roll in the oven and bake it for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4: Take out the roll and let it cool for a minute or two and then enjoy! The inside will be soft and fluffy and the outside should be thin and crispy.

Or just wrap it in a damp paper towel and microwave it for 15-30 seconds.
Great for those fridge bagels too!
