Absolutely. No amount of lies piled on top of each other leads to a good outcome. All religions are just lies and fiction passed off as reality. Whenever you start to distort the reality of your followers, you hurt them, their brains, and their ability to tell reality from fiction. On everything, not just religion.
They can’t stop lying. If they do, then they admit that they have zero actual proof of anything. That the whole thing is the “Trust me, bro” of writers that died thousands of years ago and have had other writers change their works many times for many reasons.
It’s been going on for thousands of years, hurting people in the same ways for hundreds of generations of your family and mine.
Religions as we know them lack any evidence for the supernatural bits. But this doesn’t mean one can safely say there is no possibility of any religion being correct.
