Tactical Barbell Zulu/HT W1D1
- Behind the neck press 4 x 5 @ 95lbs
- Zercher squat 3 x 10 @ 190lbs
- Pull up 3 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
- Dumbell row 3 x 12 @ 45lbs
- Hanging leg raises 3 x 12
This is the first week of a new routine for me. I decided the spring cut is cancelled and the spring bulk is on. The 10 rep squats were a bit of a struggle for me and I was pretty gassed out for the remainder of the workout, I think due to poor sleep last night? Will see how it goes for the rest of the week.
