Ive asked my family members before and they said it was especially common amongst women who had children. I tried to phrase it in a way that didnt offend anyone but i guess i did the opposite. Ive also heard other people say pretty mean things to women about this so i guessed thats what wet could mean.

My SO has this. It’s embarrassing, but manageable.
That said, I’m pretty sure it’s a relatively rare condition.
Power lifting women sometimes piss themselves when they lift heavy.
There are a lot of women that piss themselves power lifting but I don’t think that’s what this meme is referring to.
