“Do a shoey” is an Australian practice of drinking quickly (“skolling” in Australian parlance, “chugging” for Americans") a beer or other alcoholic drink, out of your shoe. Obviously not something that’s going to be in a children’s movie like Paddington.
The source of this error is obvious. There’s a YouTube clip of Hugh Grant and Jimmy Fallon doing a shoey. The video’s title is ‘Hugh Grant and Jimmy Chug a “Shoey” (Drink Beer from Their Shoes)’, and its description also says “Hugh Grant reveals how his casting as the villain in Paddington 2 was so spot on it crushed his pride a little”.
The source of the error is obvious, but no human could ever make it, and it’s proof that AI should not be used to replace basic search engine functionality.
There’s a switch?
Google has &udm=14
This does remove useful things like the calculator result or the cast of a film when you search a film
Now this is fuckin’ useful! Thank you!
Yes, but many are reluctant to flip it because of the associated felony charges for causing a 5-alarm blaze at the associated server farms.
There is either a switch provided by the search engine or users can switch to a different, less shitty search engine provider.
Bing isn’t any better
There are so many search engines out there, I’m sure some will provide real, non-Ai results.
Like Yahoo!
Ecosia has an “AI Chat” which is separate from searches. I like that implement.
It’s like a urinal with an arrow
If you add the word fuck to your searches the ai goes away.
Sure, but that’s something I’d have to remember, and my brain doesn’t do things like that.
