Well, then maybe think about the legality before you do something next time. Yes, that was advice for someone who is smart and sane so will not be reflected in future decision making.
Did he use a chair for the slam? Perhaps he put him in a headlock?
I don’t know how many times I’ve made this comment but it feels like a lot. The more you use a word the less it means something. How unoriginal do you have to be at writing headlines in 2025 to use a word as meek as “slams.”
It’s laughable in this context especially. Trying to phrase it like this guy has gotten any kind of consequence for his toddler-from-hell persona.

Setting aside the question of legality, I think that it’s pretty difficult for Trump to make his case on political grounds. Trump’s provided political justification is that he’s trying to save money. I think that it’s pretty difficult to argue that paying workers to do nothing is more cost-effective than paying them to do their job.
We know at this point that the real motivation for these firings is not to save money. It’s to reduce friction as he becomes a dictator. The more gears the government has turning, the more spots there are that can jam up the system in protest. That’s my theory, anyway. I’m sure there are additional reasons.
