Friend or foe…friend!
Got to love a goose (Canada). More inquisitive than scared. This one however, refused to smile for a photo.

This post made me grapple with the possibility that I might be a speciesist because my first instinct was to say that you had lost my trust for calling a goose “friend”.

@whelk@lemm.ee Sorry about that, it’s my duty to be friends to all birds. Geese are fine, unless they have young, then you can’t blame them for being protective (which they are pretty good at)
I’ve always seen geese as those friends that I need to be careful around because they crazy.
