It’s because it has nothing to do with her actual child and her bday and has everything to do with her and how people see her, how she planned her kids bday, what she did for her to make up for all of the times she’s left her, for the gram. It’s this image she has to uphold, while still lying. That’s what makes her nervous. She’s so far deep, anything can slip. She’s under a microscope and all will be lost soon enough and she knows it.
