Because Trump endorses overt racism and will try to push for abortion restrictions that will murder women in America that might be your sister, mother, daughter, or cousin.
This isn’t a hard fucking choice. Neoliberalism is awful but it’s a hell of a lot better than a theocratic state run by a douchebag that can’t stop himself from talking about how fond he is of authoritarianism, how he’ll persecute political opponents for purely political reasons, and how he’ll forgive and honor insurrectionists purely because they’re on his side. He’s started calling Jan 6th terrorists “hostages” and openly discussed pardons.
