According to the specs, the AWD trim has max. weight of 4238 kg. So, no problem with the standard drivers license. If only CyberUglytruck gets the EU approval.

In my country, for electric cars, they raised limit (gross/max. weight) to 4250 kg. Probably by the car lobby.
According to the specs, the AWD trim has max. weight of 4238 kg.
So, no problem with the standard drivers license.
