There are growing protests in Germany against the war in Gaza. Many are being met with police force.

But they’re not making headlines.

And why, when we talk about it here, do we get ignored — or worse, downvoted?

Is it because the information is false? Or because it challenges the narrative?

    I didn’t say it was the only problem. However, I think your example is just proof of the thoughtless polarization largely pushed for decades from certain popular media sources, and consequently infecting others as they tried to keep their audience from defecting to those sources.
