      Yup. The EU doesn’t want us back in cos the USA will use us as a back door. It’s infuriating cause I don’t want to be that guy.

        Do you mean we’re America’s bitch so we’d use our influence as part of the EU to campaign for things that benefit the US? That seems plausible

            We never seemed to be particularly constructive in our involvement.

            I almost feel it’s better for the EU if area separate entity that they can deal with if they choose (and vice versa naturally)
