nicht OP, aber für mich ist es einfach die räumliche Trennung und der klare Fokus auf einer Konsole. die Konsole mache ich an um zu spielen, da ist sonst nix drauf. der PC bietet 1000 Möglichkeiten. ich schalte ihn zum spielen ein, aber checke dann erstmal YouTube, Twitch, Nachrichten usw… und nachher versinke ich in etwas und spiele dann netto eine Stunde weniger als auf der Konsole. Konsole ist einfach unkomplizierter und lenkt mich weniger ab. und ja, das ist mir Geld wert.

deshalb: zukünftig lieber echten Ökostrom (zertifiziert von ok-power oder Grüner Strom Label) beziehen. der tut im Gegensatz zu all dem greenwashing-“Ökostrom” auch wirklich was für den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien. und die beiden Label gibt es nur, wenn die Verträge verbraucherfreundlich sind. sprich: keine Mindestvertragslaufzeit und Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat.

It just confuses me a little this happens to a game that is being waited for so badly. If they would be confident to successfully sell their game to end users, they wouldn’t need to force it on AMDs customers.

that’s true. i think there are two sides to it. on the one hand, there are also a lot of people upgrading their system specifically for Starfield… for those people, a Ryzen CPU/GPU gets a lot more attractive if the game they are building their new rig for comes with it and you save those 70 bucks. on the other hand, Bethesda and AMD make a big deal out of their “technological partnership” for this game, so it only seems logical to also have the game bundled with AMD hardware.
