@willaful @romancebooks I I’m back to rereading, I picked Small Town Siren by Sophie Oak (Lexi Blake), listening for the first time and enjoying the narrators!
@willaful @romancebooks just finished Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros, so I’m in processing mode…which will likely be followed by hangover mode.
@willaful @romancebooks I’m still rereading Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros! Nervous and excited for Onyx Storm.
@willaful @romancebooks I hear you about lack of personal responsibility… that’s an irk of mine. And it especially sucks when you encounter it a few times in a row.
@willaful @romancebooks here’s me trying to participate instead of just lurk!
I’ve been burned out on reading/blogging for the past year, so I’ve mostly been rereading, and almost exclusively audio. I’m currently rereading Iron Flame, first time on audio, and really enjoying the series reread. Was sort of group reading Fourth Wing with some friends in the #COYER Discord group. I’m not doing challenges this year, but I wanted to stay in touch with the community.
@willaful @romancebooks I’m still not reading new, but on a road trip I relistened to Bookshops and Bonedust by Travis Baldree, this time with my hubby. Still delightful.
@willaful @romancelandia @romancebooks Started listening to Flor’s Fiasco by Ruby Dixon, I’ve been waiting for this on audio forever so I can finally finish Icehome series. Exactly what I was expecting so far, fun and steamy.
@willaful @romancelandia @romancebooks sounds cute! I’m listening to Check & Mate by Ali Hazelwood and so far it’s keeping my attention, which is not easy these days!
@willaful @romancebooks yeah, was super meh on that book, and I don’t remember if I finished…
@willaful @romancelandia @romancebooks I actually finished a book in Mexico, listened to Bride by Ali Hazelwood. It was enjoyable!
@willaful @romancebooks I’m sure I have, but luckily I more remember the ones that you didn’t know you needed, but suddenly make the first story incomplete. Like Us by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy. I’ll have to see if any that fit the topic pop into my head.
