I’m not sure I understand what you meant to say. But I just want to point out that the requirement for voting is citizenship, not education, and the criteria for citizenship is public service (as in: joining the armed forces). Rico’s parents for example are educated but not citizens.
I should clarify that I didn’t mean to suggest that Republicans are not a threat to humanity, they absolutely are, nothing imaginary about that. But rather, they are not a real threat to the interests of the leadership of the Democratic party, since they both serve the same masters.
Democrats can’t win elections on policy action, they need Republicans as imaginary adversaries to actually win elections. They have no interest in actually stopping them.

Every file is made up of zeroes and ones, what’s different between the formats is how those zeroes and ones are interpreted. When you open a mp4 in a text editor what you see is the result of the text editor interpreting the data as if it were text. I can add that the same is true for south America and Japan. I don’t have an explanation for it, but the quality and taste is consistently worse in the USA compared to my experiences elsewhere. Incidentally, KFC is almost inedible in the USA, but quite good in Japan for example. Maybe it’s related.
