If I recall correctly, Project Trident was M$'s ambitious attempt at a new proprietary browser to replace IE before abandoning it and just reskinning Chrome as ‘Edge’
That would be ‘Verso’
As a deeply progressive person I agree with the responses that technical projects are not an appropriate arena to advertise personal politics.
Further more, I am offended by vigilantes who hate and dehumanise anyone who dares hold a different belief to them.

Waterfox is a privacy respecting fork of FF that is available on both Desktop & Mobile.
Desktop versions are on the website. Android version is on the Aurora store.
11·5 months agoWaterfox is the outstanding choice due to its being performant and CROSS PLATFORM. Having it on Linux AND Android is a godsend!

A sobering statistic:
Trump won with the support of just 75 million votes in a country with 335 million citizens.
In other words, just 22 percent of the US citizens decided to drive the country off a cliff, and everyone else is now going down with them.
All of the digital assistants appear to be degrading to me. I suspect directing consumers to paid ‘AI’ versions which allegedly work, are the corporate plan.
