4·1 day agoWith the recent changes to the medical insurance landscape in America, and thousands upon thousands of people losing their jobs due to various factors, your 90% figure is pretty generous. Add in the fact that most insurance is tied directly into employment, Americans have much less options than the rest of the free world, unless you are filthy rich.

Yeah, I like the book. It has nothing to do with the sex scene. You can’t seem to take the work as a whole and only focus on a single part. There’s lots of weird shit out there, no sweat off my back. I just think it’s weird everyone’s jumping on him for old news that isn’t related. I think it’s weird King is defending this administration in any way, but this isn’t the angle of attack I’m willing to accept.
Why does he have to justify his story to you? It’s fiction, as in not real. No one asked you if it was okay, but thanks for letting us know you don’t think it is. Millions upon millions of readers don’t agree with you.

And you think it will be different? They are all doing this, because your data and info is valuable to them. Who they share the info with might differ, but they are all designed to scrape the data of your life so they can get all the seedy details and use them for whatever the hell they use it for?! Lord only knows why they want to know what I jerk off to, but that’s their problem.
But they spend so much time saying that’s not true. I love this for them. They had a chance to prove it’s “not true” and epically failed because it is so very very true. Now the masses are moving the goal post saying it never mattered anyways… Le sigh… Le boo…
As in all types of research, yes. Some of it proves to be a good idea and gets wider adoption, some of it falls by the wayside. No one can predict which one it’s going to be until the dust settles, so yes some money will get “wasted” but not in the same way as say, a politician’s salary where they spend all their time stopping things from happening and don’t actually do anything or achieve anything. That’s a waste of taxpayer dollars.
