While Rep. Matt Gaetz's amendment was voted down by a wide bipartisan margin, it offered greater clarity around GOP support for Ukraine aid.

And here are the numbers: https://www.statista.com/statistics/1303450/bilateral-aid-to-ukraine-in-a-percent-of-donor-gdp/. Latvia spent 1.24% of their GDP to support Ukraine, USA - 0.37% and mind you there are 9 more countries who helped Ukraine more (GDP wise) than the US.
