    This doesn’t stop them from shutting down locations for… “Poor sales” but it’s a start.

      Shutting down a non-unionised location is a win. Nobody should work in a non unionised location. Let them shut down. Over and over again and again.

      Eventually a unionised competitor will take the market in that location.

        I should have clarified, another union busting technique is shutting down stores that successfully unionized.

          I know. A closed store doesn’t make any money. Opening and closing stores every two years is not a sustainable business. They do it at a loss to send a signal, but they can’t keep doing it.

    It is kind of ironical that when government here in India sort of mandated work from home and the companies wanted their employees back in office , they unionised and force the govt to make return to office laws , while crushing employee unions actively !
