      I’ve never understood why people don’t put them away. At worst, it’s like 1 minute of your time

        I think that says a lot about Americans because it’s basically unheard of in Europe. And we do have our fair share of selfish assholes here too

          I am not sure about that. In any given grocery store parking lot, in my experience, the vast majority of our carts get returned and we have an enormous asshole population here in America. I wouldn’t say unreturned carts is a huge problem here either

      What stops you from returning them in the situations in which you don’t?

      I am assuming it’s got something to do with your bones.
