I can’t tell if you’re joking. I’m referring to NASA it seems that every year there is announcement about returning to the moon five years from now. I can remember the same announcements being made in '95 when I was a kid.
Why?
Not because easy, but because hard.

This isn’t a new program (Artemis) but a commitment to a specific aspect of it. A stated goal that is now more defined.
