German state: Citizenship applicants must support Israel – DW – 12/06/2023

The state of Saxony-Anhalt has said people who do not recognize Israel's right to exist cannot become naturalized citizens. The eastern state's interior minister said Germany's other 15 states should take similar steps.

    Good. I hope there are further tests of the applicants’ world view in place, but that’s a start.

      This will immediately give rise to “nation’s values”, which will always suspiciosly coincide with what people in power want them to be.
