This year has been very good because there’s just so much material to work with. But for years and years they’ve only had 1-2 good episodes per season. They’re not particularly good writers because unless society gives them something easy to mock, they struggle hard. They’re basically bullies that if you don’t give them easy material to work with, they’ve got nothing.
