Yeah, this seems weird. Negligent homicide…maybe. But not murder. Although, it might have something to do with the fact that there was a kennel full of Rottweilers in the backyard, that even a two year old was able to release. That seems a little too easy. Who does that at a daycare?
Yeah, honestly I don’t see how they could make 2nd degree murder stick, unless she was literally watching the kid go over to the kennel and didn’t do anything to stop him from opening it, knowing he was about to get mauled.
