I get why people would be angry, but don’t developers get to set regional pricing rates? Not Valve?

They have the 30% cut but that’s baked into all sales - I’d imagine most of the frustration would be with companies like Bandai-Namco, Capcom, and Sony who don’t do actual regional pricing.
