Accidentally saw a coworker’s paystub on the printer. Turns out they’re making $6/hr more than me for literally the same role, same responsibilities, and almost identical experience. We even started around the same time. It’s not like they negotiated some rare skill either it’s just random luck that their offer came from a different manager.
