Why is it on the website / webservice providers to verify age? Shouldn’t it be on the internet access subscribers? Are there kids out there paying for internet connections or cell phone data plans? Parents are in charge of protecting their kids from far worse stuff in the world.

I’m worried about the implications this porn law could have on small sites/fediverse/online anonyminity. I’m disappointed in Katie Hobbs for signing this. I didn’t vote for her in the primaries.
