Being a virgin makes me being nervous all the time

I can’t deal with the fact that people younger than me are experiencing things which i havent and i wont in my life
It makes me being either extremely nervous or extremely sad
I also have lot of FOMO It’s every second of my life i can’t do anything or focus on a task
