Outside of souls games–which IDK how many people would consider to be the same even though they mostly are but you just get keys or triggers to open alternate areas instead of some kind of tool/power progression–the only true Metroidvania series in full 3D I can name off the top of my head is Metroid Prime.

So you’re rather into the 3D Metroid games then? Which one is your favourite, if you do play them?
