    Patrick meme: “Let’s take most of PPB’s budget… And put it into PBOT’s budget”.

    Seriously though. Even just 5%, for one year. Just so the public can taste the tangible infrastructure boost. 5% of PPB’s budget is about $16 million. Eg You could literally double the amount of bike infrastructure in Portland with that number.
