WASHINGTON — Federal judges are frustrated with the Supreme Court for increasingly overturning lower court rulings involving the Trump administration with little or no explanation, with some worried the practice is undermining the judiciary at a sensitive time.
The wheels of justice turn slowly. So slowly, in fact, that it’s elementary to outrun justice while you dismantle the justice system, and judges won’t even make a peep until it’s way too late.
If major efforts are not made to address the situation, the judge said, “somebody is going to die.”
The funny part is that the context of that last quote you included is actually referring to judges. Judges are afraid that judges are going to get killed by maga whackos. The “somebody” that died in ICE custody isn’t the same kind of “somebody”.
Lower court judges: “can you explain your decision? We’re getting a lot of criticism.”
John Roberts: “No.”
Justice Roberts: I Am The Law.
Oh no, let’s not do a judge dredd. Please let us not imitate the dredd universe.
After holding up the concept of not “legislating from the bench” it’s gotta be whiplash to see all of the fascist sleeper agents suddenly doing exactly that.
