    Well yes, in the sense of the state taking unilateral action against an individual, but in the sense that real people use: no. The victim was not (in the video at least) physically injured. They weren’t shoved (more than a typical arrest), shot, hit, punched, or kicked, which is what the headline implies.

      I understand the point you’re making, but “real people”? 😕

      Just because the video doesn’t show particular types of violence doesn’t mean it’s not showing violence.
