Excellent meme as always fellow memester

I once got the most disgusted look when I told someone I don’t watch the news.

I probably should have said I still keep my finger on the pulse of the world by reading news, blogs, forums, etc., and by watching The Daily Show, etc., and by listening to CounterSpin and other radio shows and podcasts. Hell, there’s even relevant reporting in tech media when something big is going on.

Fuck corporate news though.

This is how people end up believing whatever fake garbage conspiracies their friends post on Facebook. It’s not something that only right wing people are susceptible to. The news is depressing as fuck right now but staying informed is important.
