Inspired by another question on this community about “the first time you drank alcohol”, so I was just feeling like I’m the odd one out here.

I personally have never smoked (neither tobacco nor weed), never drank any alcohol. (Parents also don’t do smoking, or drinking, or gambling so I kinda got lucky with the environment I grew up in, I guess…) Is that unusual? Gen Z btw.

      I get ya but my brother smokes and he is one of those people that is like to awesome to not like. For me smoking is going to be a severe deficit that has to be made up. If your an average person who smokes im likely going to want to avoid you but if your hilarious or incredibly interesting or a ton of other things that will make you friends and you actively seek to associate with me and you don’t smoke near me then im more likely to deal with the smell of your clothes.

      I know smokers who don’t stink. They also don’t smoke indoors or in their cars which I think is the key. I can still smell it on them a little if I’m very close but it’s not as bad as what you’re describing (which I have also experienced from many smokers).
