Why in the fuck is a pedestrian walking on I-5?
This entire country is designed around cars. My guess is there wasn’t a better path for them to use.

Car broke down, perhaps? Living in the woods nearby? Nobody would do it if they had another option, that’s for sure…
Don’t worry they have prolly traded/sold/had the truck hidden into an ex-large ex-long white moving truck with a mom’s attic out of the Long Lake area in Lacey and replaced it with a over-sized two-door truck in a different color … like yellow.
