FML… I genuinely don’t think there is a chance of recovery without outside intervention at this point. Shit is fucked.

This isn’t like WWII, where America swoops in to save the day against nazis.

No other super country will be coming for help.

      You are on your own.

You want to be free of fascism in your country? You’re gonna have to do it yourself.

Even if another country wanted to swoop in, that is specifically what the American nuclear arsenal is there to prevent. No one’s gonna eat nukes for America’s benefit.

At most, other countries could try to smuggle arms across the Canadian or Mexican border to help in a civil war – but Canada and Mexico might be reluctant to participate given that they might get dragged into the war. Also, it’s pretty damn hard to smuggle large quantities of gear without being noticed.

They’d be fucking up hard, because as soon as we’re docile, nuke threats are going to be coming.

          P.S.

          Release the Trump/Epstein files

America in general is so heavily armed, what point would there be in smuggling arms into America? Coals and Newcastle and all that.

If we decide to tear ourselves apart, we’ve already got plenty of the tools required right at hand.

Assuming a civil war, the side a given government wants to support might not have the backing of the army. And honestly, in a war scenario a bunch of dudes with AR-15s are going to do jack shit against tanks, UAVs, and actively defended military installations. Few people have TOWs at home, much less anything BVR capable. The army, meanwhile, is perfectly capable of burying a militia under missiles from a hundred miles away.

Given what we’ve learned from Ukraine, the most reasonable weapon to smuggle into a warring USA would be tons of cheap suicide drones. Small enough to possibly get in unnoticed (unlike, say, an MLRS battery), capable of taking out armored vehicles and strategic targets, cheap enough to manufacture at scale.

Well America could at least try to do something internally first.

The three-named dork missed and just clipped his ear, and now I don’t think there will be other opportunities again.

You thinking of making a deck of playing cards?

Remember, unlike Saddam, you can’t put Orange Julius as the ace of clubs. It’s a federal crime.

But everyone else? Open seaso-- uh, I mean, fair game.

              That is so incorrect.

They rely on a very small fraction of a percentage of the population to run the show. It is not hard to destabilise that and cause fear for others thinking about stepping in to replace that judge or town councillor.

Killing Trump won’t suddenly stop the machine they’ve perfected to capture the US political system.

It would leave a power vacuum that would weaken the enemy by design. Trump’s entire game is making himself irreplaceable to their efforts. Everyone else is mostly disposable and interchangeable, no matter their competency or effectiveness at their rolls
