The Culinary Workers Union representing 60,000 hospitality workers in Nevada has achieved a historic victory on the Las Vegas Strip. For the first time in its 90-year history, all major casinos on the Strip are unionized.

    It’s a trap!

Seriously, it’s a poison pill. Once YOY tourism numbers start to bottom out hard for 4 quarters in a row, unions will immediately be blamed. Right now it’s down, but not enough to be a point of no return.

Had family that lived in Vegas, been hundreds of times. It’s sucked for 10 years. Online gaming was the start of the decline, DraftKings et al. are the death rattle.

So just plug them in? Can’t be that hard to build charge in a hot+dry environment.

It was built by the mob, why would union membership surprise anyone there?
