trump is alienating the two largest economies of the future world and it’ll spell doom for this empire.
It’s already doomed. This will just accelerate it.
Not if India caves
2.5% of India’s GDP is dependent on exports to USA. 40% of oil import and a major chunk of defence import is dependent on Russia.
The numbers do not favor Mr. Trump.
i hope so, the violence and oppression that we americans allow our government to commit on our behalfs thanks to our collective ignorance has to stop.
That’s because you’re assuming trump is working for USA’s interests.

India is likely to fold and punish Russia to get back on the USA’s good side. The Modi contingent are happy with being a junior partner to the empire.Edit: I was very ignorant about India. I still am, But I used to be, too.
I agree, but India is a founding member of brics along w Russia and this is going to be the test that determines whether or not brics will surpass the g8.
If India caves, the American empire will live on
Yes. This is hot on the heels of the US punishing Brazil and attempting to split them off of BRICS. Come to think of it, the recent bullshit of giving Boers asylum may also be aimed at disrupting BRICS.
India is not likely in an economic position to tell the US to go pound sand, nor do I think they are likely to fully cave. They will attempt to thread the needle, but doing so will require some harm to Russian interests.

Indian economy is not dependent on exports to USA. Losing the whole trade would hurt but not as much as ruining the time tested friendship with Russia.
Russia is India’s only real ally since Independence. India isn’t going to cave in to US which has repeatedly shown that it is not trustworthy.
India is in it for India. If it is better for India to trade with the US than Russia, they will.
It still won’t get us to stop talking about the Trumpstein files.

No matter how many things Trump does that are hostile to Russia they will continue to call him a Russian asset. It’s fascinating.
Because Trump didn’t put tariffs directly to Russia, doesn’t matter that it doesn’t make any sense to tariff someone that you sanctioned instead you pressure the countries that trade with it.
And I guess they think the sanctions are just natural and there’s nothing Trump can do about them.
How much is the annual US-Russian trade at retail level?
