it’s fine in isolation. just threw me for a loop given where Belinda started. we needed more time.
I don’t really have a problem with the resolution…it just seemed to have been unplanned and bolted on, and was contradictory to the beginning of the season.
It was, because that’s exactly what happened - rewritten in haste, and very obviously reshot in haste, to fit with Gatwa’s exit. But with that considered, it was a fine exit for her own character, and it was a much better idea than saying that the girl was 15th’s daughter and Susan’s future mother.
