Phantasy star online. Can’t remember if I even played it connected to the internet but I remember loading new missions it felt endless.
Crazy Taxi 2 was epic too
Crazy Taxi 2 was the shit when i was a kid. played it so much along with this weird tank game called Red Dog
Sonic Adventure will always hold that special place in my heart. It was just so amazing then. And the chao garden + VMU integration!
Chu Chu Rocket!
MOUSE MANIA
Half-Life.
Funny. In this case, xeno crisis.
I was able to play it a bit at a retro gaming museum. I really didn’t think it was as bad as its reputation suggested. The controls were a bit awkward but usable, and the load times weren’t that long for a console.
Soul Caliber 2, MvC 2 and Powerstone
Can’t believe i never heard of Powerstone lol will give it a try!
It’s a blast on local coop

Jet Grind Radio
Powerstone 1 and 2, Techromancer, Bangai-O
Seen as my username is a reference to the PowerStone intro that definitely has to be up there for me.
Powerstone is such a great game!
Ikaruga. Spiritual successor to Radiant Silvergun.
Loved Ikaruga. Personal fave is Rez but I have all of them and love a lot of them.
Rez is also one of my favorites. I think I can still play the majority of the soundtrack in my head when I want to.
Rival Schools 2 Project Justice for sheer creativity.
I never got tired of kicking friends’ asses with the swimmer and doing the synchronized swimming move to slam them.
The game was utterly ridiculous.
When ever I think of this game I think about the synchronised swimmer guy, I can still see that special move where there are like 5 of him twirling around the opponent. They don’t make shit like they used to xD
Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, Time Stalker, penpen triathlon, power stone 2, jet set radio, Shemue, crazi taxi
Grandia II probably. But I also put about a million hours into Street Fight III: Double Impact.
I’ve never actually played a Dreamcast game, but I feel obligated to say Skies of Arcadia due to cosplaying as its characters, specifically Aika.
I almost got this game as a kid but when I got to the game shop they didn’t have it so I ended up getting something else instead. heard it got really good reviews tho
You could only go to the game shop once?
When I was a kid my nan and grandad would take me to this game shop up town. They didn’t have much money so they let me pick out a game, they paid for it and then we left. they didn’t have Skies of Arcadia and the guy at the desk told me it’s a rare game so I had to pick out another game instead since we were already at the shop. don’t remember seeing it in later visits to the game shop either
Crazy Taxi
