I can’t watch the video now. I visited Hong Kong about a decade ago. The subway was nice and clean. It cost like 25 cents to use. Really impressive consider how high their GDP was at the time.

Public city transportation in Japan, Thailand, and Hong Kong are all better than anything that USA has to offer. This includes NYC.
