I like the fact you can move the number pad to the left hand side (left-pad lol).
I’ve always fancied a left hand numpad, but never quite enough to buy a separate one for a TKL, or a special board.
Just looked at the keyboards and now my brief enthusiasm is gone. Basically everything I look to avoid in most mechanical keyboards is on full display here. Floating keys, prominent glowing logos, extraneous controller devices for macros, etc.
… and Linux – all you need is a Chromium-based browser.
That’s already alot better then most manufacturers can say.
Unfortunately it looks like the web version is lacking features that the windows-only app has, which is a disappointment.
Webapps are quite common now
Where does it say that and in what context? I can’t seem to find it.
Uhhh niiiceee
Been a loyal bequiet customer before. Veeery interested how good those will come out to be
Edit: Looks nice but why in the hell is this thing not wireless? Or at least an option for a wireless variant?
Fully equipped variant costs 250 euros but is only USB pluggable. In what century are we living in?
Gaming latency ig
Hasn’t been an issue in years thanks to 2.4GHz dongles.
Germany is one of the few European regions to have a decent presence in the mechanical keyboard market
It makes since as that is where Cherry is from.
Linux support?
A very appropriate name for a German product, lol.
I’d unironically buy something branded “sei still!” over “be quiet!”.
“Fresse!”
“bitte ruhe!”
“Be Quiet! (about Gaza)”
Looks good spec wise
Only nitpicks I can see is the logo on top and the missing leds under the spacebar
Keyboard looks cool would buy it if it wasn’t mechanical
Ever tried a mechanical one? I would never go back.
Huh? If you don’t like how clicky it is, you can find other switches there are hundreds of them all with different feels some of them silent…
I know but I would have to pay then for keyboard and switched while on non-mechanical keyboard I have normal buttons
while on non-mechanical keyboard I have normal buttons
No, you have a silicone pad with bubbles in it that get pushed downward
Mechanical keyboards have actual buttons
How… Wait… You like rubber domes more? Why?
Because they are silent and don’t annoy me with clicking sound
I’ve watched a review on these and frankly speaking, these are as silent as non-mechanical ones
There are mech kbs that are silent and not clicky, btw
The whole point of the bequiet keyboards and mice is to be quiet. You should try them!
