No. That district judge is trying to protect the all of our due process rights. Rights which are guaranteed under the 14th amendment to each and every person within the jurisdiction of the United States of America, citizen or not. Because if any one person is denied these rights, then they can be denied to any of us. How can you prove you are a not a murderer, or a rapist, or even than you are a citizen if you are denied your right to due process?

Exactly. If they had any proof, they could provide it in court, but they do not want to do that. They don’t want a thousand trials, they just want to deport tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people with no oversight.
