The really frustrating thing is not the “gift” (even though it’s corruption for sure), the 747s that were purchased to become the standard Air Force One planes were purchased used from major airlines as a security measure to ensure that no one placed anything in the airframe to spy or cause damage.

This is not just half a billion bucks worth of corruption, this is selling all the information that flows through these planes. It can not be overstated how big of a deal that is.
